I made this card for the Simply Betty Stamps Fan Page Challenge Jan 2016. I used the Spaghetti Rio image set from Simply Betty Stamps by Betty Roberts. I colored the image using Copics. The background paper are from American Crafts, K and Company, and Provo Craft Slab III. I also used We R Memory Keepers Washi Tape and Recollections Twine.
