I made this Valentine's Day card for the Progressive Freebie Challenge 1st February 2016. I used the Valentine Girl and Valentine Sentiment images from Tickell Expressions by Teresa Arsenault. I colored the image using Copics. The background is red doilies from Doodlebug Designs.
