This is a card for the August 2017 challenge in the Progressive Outlaw Freebie Challenge. I used the Swish the Angelfish from Jean Chaney. I colored the image using Wink of Stella markers. The background paper is a digital paper called Under Ocean Wallpapers Free from Obaasima. The title is made in MS Word using the Jester font.
