This is a card for the July 2017 challenge in the Progressive Outlaw Freebie Challenge. I used the Dog from Anne's Digital Art by Anne Fenton. I colored the image using Copic markers. The background paper is from Paper Pizazz. The embellishments are from Jolee's Boutique. The title is made in MS Word using the Jester font.
