I made this card for the Scrapper's Delights Freebie Progressive Challenge June 2017. I used the Lady Constance digi from Scrappers Delights by Janice Cullen Collyer. I colored the image Copic markers. The background papers is a digital paper called Steampunk02 from BearlyMineDesign. The title is made in MS Word using the Berling Antiqua font.
