I made this card for the Scrapper's Delights Freebie Progressive Challenge September 2016. I used the Circus Tipsy Tervy_ball and the sentiment Circus Freebie Sentiments_You're the Main Attraction from Scrappers Delights by Janice Cullen Collyer. I colored the image using Faber-Castell Polychromos colored pencils and Lolliz Gel Pens. The background papers is a digital paper called Spot the Doobster from Pouringmyartout.
