I made this card for the Gerda Steiner Designs Progressive Challenge July 2016. I used the 501 Mermaid image from Gerda Steiner Designs by Gerda Steiner. I colored the image using Marco Raffine colored pencils. The background paper is digital paper called sea from Live Pencil. The title is made in MS Word using the Bamboo font.
