This is a cute card I made for the 100 Days of Halloween Day 28. I used the Little Owl Oscar image set from Simply Betty Stamps by Betty Roberts. I colored the image using Copics. The background paper is from American Crafts. The embellishments are from Paper House Productions. The ribbon is from Offray.
