This is a card I made for the 2 Cute Ink June Facebook Challenge. I used the Birthday Party Penguin image from 2 Cute Ink by Heidi Arrowood. I colored the image using Chameleon Pens. The background paper
is a paper I picked up a few years ago. The trim paper in NRN Designs. The sequins are from Maggie Holmes. The title was made in MS Word using the Matteroffact font.
