Designed2Delight has started a monthly progressive challenge. The Owl and Pumpkins digi is the first one to the challenge. This I turned in to a Halloween card. I used a The Paper Company swirl paper for the background. I colored it in with Copics. I used Word with Dragonwick FG Font for the title.
