Outlaw Challenges Creative Freebie Challenge December 17-29 2012 #2




This is my second card for this challenge using Sandi Hugett images from Sandi's Samples. I colored the images using Copics. The background is a paper I had from Anna Griffin.  The title is done in Word using the akaDora font.

The background is a Christmas paper I had from K and Company. The halo is embellished with Stickles.  The title is done in Word using the Tempus Sans ITC font.

DESIGN2DELIGHT’S FREE STAMP OF THE MONTH CHALLENGE #2

 
This is the second month of the Designed2Delight progressive challenge.  The Catching Snowflakes digi is the second one to the challenge.  I colored it with Copics and Spicas.  I used a Snowflake digital paper from Bird Cards for the background.  I colored it in with Copics.  I used Word with Isabelle Font for the title.  He seems very appropriate after the storm we had!!

This Christmas design was a personalized design from Diane's Digital Designs. I colored it  with Copic Spicas.  I used Prima Holly Leaves for decoration.  All were mounted on red Bazzill cardstock.

I made a Birthday card for this challenge at Outlawz Challenges Creative Freebie Challenges. The digi is by Sandi Huggett from Sandi's Samples.It is a sleeping bear . I used  Copic Markers to color the image. I used  black Offray transparent ribbon for trim.  Insides Says "You're Getting Older!!" "Happy Birthday!!"  The Arial Black font in Word was used to make the title and sentiment for this birthday card.

 I made a Hi card for this challenge at Outlawz Challenges Creative Freebie Challenges. The digi is by Sandi Huggett from Sandi's Samples. She is a little girl spray a hose.  I used Prima The Bitty Bag flowes all over the bottom of the card to make it look like she was watering the flowers. I used Imaginisce I-Rocks silver teardrops for the water drops from the hose.  I used  Copic Caio Markers to color the image. I used  Magenta Maruyama in burgundy for the background.  The Jokerman Font in Photoshop Elements was used to make the title for then put in Epiphany Crafts Shape Studio acrylic 15 squares this Hi card.

I made this Thinking of You card from a 1909 Flower Girl Image from Nettie Grooms. I painted them with Luminarte Twinkling H2Os. I used as speckled lavender netting for the background. The font is Christie and the title was made in Word.  All on Cream cardstock.

Outlaw Challenges Creative Freebie Challenge-July 1st to July 14th 2012


I made a Thank you card for this challenge at Outlawz Challenges Creative Freebie Challenges. The digi is by Sandi Huggett from Sandi's Samples. Roses can be used for many things but bright pink ones are for thank you. I used Copic Ciao Markers to color the image.  The Calligrapher font in Word was used to make the title for this Thank You card.

Sassy in the City Relay: Carrie Sassy

This is the last of the Sassy Studio Designs from Sassy Studio Designs by Lindsey Dyer relay.  The relay was to make a card of either Paris or New York.  I had an Eiffel Tower Deluxe Cut so went with Paris.  The Paris is done with Mark Richards Crystal Stickers, then to give a kind of spring time feel I used Prima Itty Bitty Bag flowers along the bottom.  All are on Light Blue Bazzill Card Stock.  Enjoy the card!!

My Blog Is Back

I got my blog back after accidentally deleting it.  Glad to see I didn't lose anything.  Whew!!  Make sure before you delete something in Google it may affect something else you don't realize!!

Sassy in the City Relay: Miranda Sassy

This is the third in the Sassy in the City Relay Challenge.  I made a Birthday card with her.  I again used a parchment look cardstock for the background.  The challenge was to go clean and simple.  I used some Offray peel and stick Gingham ribbon to decorate.  The coloring was done with Copic Ciao Markers.  I made the tiele using the Herman Font in Word.  Enjoy!!

Another challenge, another card.  I did this for the challenge at Outlawz Challenges Creative Freebie Challenges. The digi is by Anne Fenton from Anne's Cards 4 U. Calla Lilies just called for a sympathy card.  I used Copic Ciao Markers to color the image.  I also felt I needed ribbon on this card.  The Marlin font in Word was used to make the title for this Sympathy card.

Sassy in the City Relay: Samantha Sassy

This is Samantha Sassy from Sassy Studio Designs by Lindsey Dyer, she is from Sassy Studio Designs and is the next part of the Sassy in the City Relay Challenge. We were supposed to go Blingity Bling Bling. I used Copic Ciao and Spica Markers to color her.  I placed her on parchment look card stock, and added Me & My Big Ideas Self Adhesive Girly Rhinestones for the bling.

This is Charlotte Sassy, she is from Sassy Studio Designs by Lindsey Dyer and is part of the Sassy in the City Relay Challenge.  I used Copic Ciao Markers to color her, placed her on Bazzill card stock, and added a blue Prima Belle Fleur Flower.  I made the title in word using the Ruritania Font.

Outlaw Challenges Creative Freebie Challenge - May 6 to May 19 2012

For this card I made another card or another Outlawz Challenges Challenge.  This one uses the Rose Boot by Sandi's Samples.  I colored the image with Copic.  The title is printed out in Photoshop Elements in the font Victorian LET.  The background Paper is a Burgundy Rose digital paper by Sweetly Scrapped.  Both the image and title are pop dotted.  The card is cream cardstock.

Mothers' Day Card for Next Year

I made this card a little late for this year so it will have to go towards next year's Mothers' Day.  The Fuchsia Teapot & Teacup are by Sandi Samples.  I colored them with Copic Markers and Copic Spica Markers.  I then glazed them with Crystal Lacquer.  I used as a background a paper with a crochet tablecloth that I've had for years and cannot find the name of.  The teapot is pop dotted above the cup.  The letters are Making Memories Little Letters Pastel Pink 1/2" Dot Alphabet.  All on Cream cardstock.

Outlaw Challenges Creative Freebie Challenge ...April 22 - May 5 2012

I've joined a new digi stamp challenge group that is part of a group called Outlaw Challenges, to see if I can get motivated to get back into crafting.  After spending two day cleaning and organizing my craft room, I finally got to work.. The digi is by Sandi Huggett, I used light blue Bazzill cardrstock sprayed with Marshmallow & Dew Drop Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist, painted with Smooch inks (Siren,Silver Fox,Green Apple,Kiwi,Gold Lame,Tuxedo,Illuminate), Goldrush Smooch Glitz, and used Prima Bella Fleur flowers.  I made the card a gatefold card with the dragonfly partially hanging over the opening. It felt good to finally get some crafting done.  Not sure what I'll use the card for so didn't put words on it.
